I did not receive my video!

First, check a couple of things:

- Have you gone through all the steps in ordering a template?
- Rendering videos can take a little while (especially longer shows) and so does mailing the download link.
- Make sure you have seen the confirmation message that your video is being generated.
- You have enough (Cr)edits in your account (a message does appear if you don't, but make sure there is none visible).
- Check if the mail account registered with us is still operational.
- Check your spam inbox. Our confirmation e-mail may be in there.

If you still didn't receive the link, please contact us stating your account name.

I can only generate videos when I'm logged in.

Yes, that's true. We designed our service like that.

To keep things smooth and fast for our paying customers we have to protect our servers from being overloaded with people just creating videos for no purpose other than short lived fun.

If you really want to start and see what can be done, we suggest you register and maybe buy the smallest package of credits and have a lot of fun creating animations. All previews are free, so you can play around until you find something useful to you.

What editing software is compatible with your videos?

Almost every NLE-video editing suite has been tested with our videos (Premiere, EDIUS, Pinnacle Studio, Windows Movie Maker, etc.)

If you still have questions, please check our forum for more information and help.

I cannot import the AVI into my editing suite!

The AVI version of the video you created is encoded with DivX 6. If your computer does not have this codec installed you won't see the video. You can download all necessary files here: http://www.divx.com
