Where are my custom made templates?
If someone made a template just for you (no other users are able to use it), you can easily find them in the 'My Account' screen at the left menu under the 'Templates shared with you' option.
Which render engine does Headsub use?
We use our own render software. It has been written over a long period of time and has been optimised for speed and versatility.
I need priority rendering!
If you want your videos to be rendered with priority, please contact us. We do offer this service, but not just for everyone.
